Spiritual coaching with me includes a consultation, goal setting, and weekly correspondence. Each week, you will share your concerns of life, circumstance, or spirituality. You will receive a detailed e-mail containing passionate spiritual wisdom, applicable practices, heartfelt encouragement, related media, and content for further reading. We will reflect on the previous week’s assignments and reconfigure if needed. You may receive additional suggestions for practices, perspective shifts, and knowledge each week to supplement previous teachings, creating a gradual wealth of understanding.
I choose to communicate via e-mail for a few reasons:
It provides a permanent record of our sessions for you to refer back to for life.
It allows me to fully consider, research, and transcribe the content in the most efficient manner to support your understanding.
There is no need to show up for an appointment. You may e-mail me your weekly correspondence at your convenience, any time during the week.
It allows me to share relevant videos, photos, and articles.
It encourages you to speak your truth entirely, as it can be easier to express yourself slowly through writing versus on the spot verbally.
It helps me recognize patterns to consider in your coaching.
I spend an hour on each e-mail to provide the best value while allowing time for other clients. To make my services more accessible, I choose to charge the lower end of standard spiritual coasting prices at $50/hour. For one month of weekly emails, this is $200. Should you subscribe to 3, 6, or 9 months, you will enjoy a monthly discount.
